just like that...

Exhausted from a long day of work, he warily puts the key in the lock to hear it click the door open. Brushing away the fact that he's greeted by a dark house, he goes about removing his shoes and wondering why his wife was mad at him today. So he called out to her a few times but was responded with silence.

Not even wanting to think of the fight they were going to have shortly, he went and got the light in the kitchen to make himself a cup of tea. Muttering to himself, he watched a bit of tv before going upstairs to console his wife, who was probably angry, because he couldn't make it back on time to go out for dinner that day. Not like he saw any dinner on the table anyway, so pizza take out it probably would be he thought.

sighing to himself he dragged himself upstairs. He failed to hear the usual sound of the radio which blared out the latest hits all the time. also, he was getting a little tensed seeing that all the light were off as well.

he recalled that her footwear were outside the house so she couldn't have possibly have gone out, not without even sending him a text that is. Calling out he name, he went from room to room looking for her. finally when he reached their room, he saw all her clothes strewn all over the place. Massively anxious, he calls out for her a number of time and starts to pick up some of the clothes.

Then he sees a pair of feet buried under the pile of clothes. Becoming frantic he pulls all he clothes away to see her gagged, bounded and buried under the clothes. Slowly, he put his fingers under her nose for a few minutes and starting sobbign when he realized she left him.

After half an hour of screaming to an empty house he called his closet friend on the speed dial. within the next hour, family friends and cops had surrounded the house.

It so was, they had been robbed, and probably because she was trying to protect her diamond necklaces did she end up in the state that she was. News spread around to everyone like a fire would in a dry wheat field. not wanting to hold the body back for too many days and become the talk of the town, he called for burial the next day itself.

why?who?what?...to be continued...maybe
