but i was unfortunately put under main course, that too which involved fish. ok for starters me and fish never really got along, ie those in my fish tank, which its probably why its one of the only non veg things i consume. lolzto top that out, i had a chef who had some imagination that he was in some recording of Hell's kitchen. apparently he's worse if the dish of the day was pasta, so lucky me :|
so there i was given a couple of utensils, and pretty looking plates, seasoning, a 2 page manual on how to de-bone ifsh (if thats the word) and more. some how, i got around the bones and had it all sorted out with like 6 fish fillets sitting in front of me. so yada-yada and *yeay*!! their on the pan sizzling their might away.
if that was not grueling enough, i got stuck with platting my food, under HIS watchful eye. Man, i was deaf by the time i finsihed 5 plates. from the sauce to the pumpkin, to wiping it clean, i got yelled at for everything. geez. at that point, even the chefs good looks was not scoring him any brownie points :sas if my leg wasn't hurting enough, suddenly there i was being handed a list of cutlery to be read and learned as i was gonna be part of serving next week. why would they invent so many forks and spoons i dont understand...argh!!!!
im just hoping the restaurant manager doesn't eat me for lunch next week. oh well till the, please appreciate every dish your served at any restaurant, it involves a lot of hard-work for each one :)
